Abstract: Stroke remains one of the leading causes of long-term disability worldwide, significantly impacting physical, psychological, and social well-being. Rehabilitation nursing plays a pivotal role in optimizing recovery outcomes and improving quality of life for post-stroke patients. This review article explores the multifaceted role of rehabilitation nurses in post-stroke care, including early assessment, functional recovery, prevention of complications, psychological support, and patient and family education. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based interventions, interdisciplinary collaboration, and individualized care planning. The review also highlights emerging trends such as technology-assisted rehabilitation and community-based care models. By integrating clinical expertise with compassionate care, rehabilitation nurses contribute significantly to restoring independence and enhancing patient outcomes. This article underscores the importance of structured rehabilitation programs and continuous nursing support in achieving holistic recovery for stroke survivors.
