Badge Justification:
We are formally applying for the "Artifacts Available" badge for our submitted data artifact. The artifact meets all standard criteria defined by ACM Artifact Review and Badging Version 1.1 based on the following justifications:

Persistent Archiving & Public Accessibility:
The complete artifact package has been permanently archived on Zenodo and assigned an official DOI (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19122421). It is publicly accessible to all reviewers and researchers without requiring proprietary registration, passwords, or temporary links.

Completeness & Provenance:
The package contains all raw and annotated datasets (CVEData), CWE taxonomy view files (CWEView1000), SAST tool capability mappings (ToolData), and summarized experimental evaluation tables (RQ Result.xlsx) required to support all claims for RQ1, RQ2, and RQ3 in our accepted ASE 2026 paper. All underlying data provenance (NIST NVD and public tool documentations) is clearly documented.

Clear Documentation & Open Licensing:
The repository includes a detailed README (with Getting Started, smoke test, and step-by-step instructions), a REQUIREMENTS specification, and a standard CC-BY 4.0 license file (LICENSE.txt) ensuring open redistribution and reusable usage rights for the research community.
