This release contains the source code and data for the figures and table in the blog post "Publication delays at PLOS and 3,475 other journals", which is available at http://blog.dhimmel.com/plos-and-publishing-delays/.
This version is based on data scraped from the PLOS website and retrieved from PubMed. Several analyses are performed to investigate publication and acceptance delays in scientific publishing.
All code is written in Jupyter notebooks using ether Python 3 or R.
