Untargeted Plasma Metabolomics Data from the URBANOME Thessaloniki Urban Living Lab

This dataset contains supplementary metabolomics analysis results generated as part of the URBANOME project (Thessaloniki Urban Living Lab). The data include pathway enrichment and functional annotation outputs derived from untargeted metabolomics profiling and downstream bioinformatics analyses.

The dataset is provided as two Excel files:

URBANOME_Metabolomics_Cardiometabolic_Supplementary_IPA: This file contains the annotated metabolites that resulted from the untargeted RP plasma metabolomics analysis, as well as the results from Individual Pathway Analysis (IPA) in binary format. 

URBANOME_Metabolomics_Cardiometabolic_Supplementary_Pathways: This file contains pathway analysis results derived from curated biochemical pathway databases. It includes metabolite-to-pathway mappings, pathway enrichment statistics, adjusted p-values (multiple testing corrected), and pathway impact metrics (if applicable).
