"description": "
The goals and objectives of Deliverable D4.1 are to provide a comprehensive and detailed methodology for conducting the four CiROCCO pilots using advanced CiROCCO technologies in realworld conditions. This deliverable aims to achieve the total objectives of Task 4.1 as scheduled, emphasising a dynamic and agile testing strategy that ensures constant interaction and incremental delivery of results. It follows the Deming Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and integrates the Development Operations (DevOps) continuous testing methodology to seamlessly blend software development with automated Information Technology (IT) operations. Additionally, Deliverable D4.1 prepares for evaluating pilot results, offering initial time plans, reference/target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and a framework for organising and analysing relevant data. The insights and recommendations derived from this rigorous testing and validation process will serve as a roadmap for refining and enhancing CiROCCO's propositions, informing subsequent project phases and contributing to achieving overall project objectives within the CiROCCO framework.
",
