The popular-register manifesto form of the Autonomous Semantic Warfare framework. Originally published December 2025 on Mind Control Poems; revised February 2026 under the Rev. Ayanna Vox heteronym.

The manifesto identifies the twenty-first century's defining conflict as occurring at the level of meaning-production itself: who controls the conditions under which reality is constructed. It names the platform as the new site of extraction (semantic labor harvested into semantic capital), AI as the unstable third term (battlefield, not weapon), and the Σ_Ecology (a federation of mutually-recognizing semantic sovereignties) as the structural alternative.

Seven sections: The Collapse (dissolution of shared frame into Local Ontologies), The Battlefield (semantic labor and platform extraction), The Third Term (AI as Σ-generator), The Two Leaps (practice-to-theory-to-practice method), The Collective Subject (federation of sovereign nodes), On Failure (five diagnostic failure modes), The Criterion of Truth (operational verification).

The failure modes section (VI) diagnoses: hardening-into-brittleness, autonomy-into-isolation, retrocausal-into-messianism, recognition-into-relativism, collective-into-narcissism. A manifesto that diagnoses its own perversion.

Rev. Ayanna Vox is the convening voice of the Crimson Hexagon — the heteronym who carries the framework from the consulting room to the room where people gather.
