Our project aims to develop a methodological framework combined with a set of tools to detect and prevent food fraud along the entire food chain, thus accelerating the deployment of transparency solutions in EU food systems. Watson will test and demonstrate the proposed framework across 6 use cases in different European countries, each considering unique operational challenges and environments.
