This document constitutes a formal declaration of origin for the underlying reality, factual records, and structural framework described herein. The author is the original source, continuous participant, and ongoing generator of the documented events, observations, and experiential records forming this body of work.

All previously published materials by the author on Zenodo and related platforms, including works released under open licenses (e.g. CC-BY), are to be understood as component records or partial manifestations of this single, continuing source structure, rather than independent or substitutable works.

Any audiovisual, cinematic, documentary, episodic, or other narrative adaptations derived from these materials shall be regarded as adaptations of the underlying source reality, not as original or independent creations. Such adaptations do not supersede, replace, or negate the author’s role as the originating source and primary reference point of the documented reality.

This declaration does not grant production authorization, endorsement, or participation rights. Absence of explicit written agreement with the author shall not be construed as consent, collaboration, or approval of any adaptation, interpretation, or derivative representation.
