Socioviz (2014–2024): A web-based Social Network Analysis tool for Twitter

Socioviz was a web-based social media analytics platform active from 2014 to 2024. Developed to democratize access to Social Network Analysis (SNA), the tool allowed researchers, journalists, and students to collect, visualize, and export data from Twitter (now X) without requiring coding skills. Over its decade of activity, Socioviz served as a primary methodological tool in hundreds of academic studies, facilitating the analysis of hashtags, user interactions, and digital communities.
