Completed Designs in Psycho-Mentalist Nanopsychology: Priority Declaration for the 999 Class Nanopsyches

This document establishes the conceptual and psychitectural foundations of  psycho-mentalist nanopsychology. More specifically, Molecular NanoPsychology (MΨI).  This declaration records the completed design of the first sub-micron nanopsyche within the 999 class. This nanopsyche, referred to as 
Nanopsyche 1, is fully specified in an internal manuscript and represents the  first engineered psycho-mentalist architecture capable of sustaining recursive 
internal experience within a volume of nine hundred ninety nine nanometers.

As of November 25, 2025, additional designs in the 999 class also exist in completed or near completed  form.

This placeholder establishes priority while withholding technical details. 
A full monograph will be released separately.

This monograph draft has also formally introduced the term, Psycept and Psyception to provide a psycho-mentalist semantic equivalent to empirically derived percepts.
