This study aims to analyze the influence of work engagement and proactive personality on employee performance. The sample in this study were 210 employees of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III production unit. The analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that Work Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Proactive Personality had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.These findings indicate that high work engagement and a proactive personality contribute directly to improved individual performance in the oil and gas industry. This research strengthens the SocialExchange Theory, that a positive reciprocal relationship between individuals and organizations can encourage productive and results-oriented work behavior.
