Description
According to the project’s Quality Management Plan, physical (in a hybrid format) and online meetings are organised regularly so that project partners can communicate and cooperate during the project’s lifespan. Therefore, Executive Board (EB) meetings are hosted monthly as well as General Assembly (GA) meetings twice per year. The former are mainly hosted virtually, in one-hour sessions via Microsoft Teams, while the latter are either hosted online as two-day meetings or physically back-to-back with other physical events organised in the context of DIAMOND (as one- or two-day events), such as workshops. In-person GA meetings with no other back-to-back physical events are avoided for sustainability reasons. EB meetings are held to update all project partners on the progress of all Work Packages and to ensure that all deliverables and milestones are delivered on time as well as corrective actions—if necessary—are taken timely. In this context, the ICCS administration team hosts these monthly meetings and drafts their agenda, before finalising it with the entire consortium. During the project’s first year, two physical meetings took place: the Kick-Off Meeting in Athens, Greece on the 15th and 16th of December 2022, as well as the 1st General Assembly Meeting, in Bilbao, Spain on the 16th and 17th of May 2023. Moreover, 8 EB Meetings were organised via Microsoft Teams. Physical and online meetings alike feature high levels of attendance from the entire consortium, with all partners showcasing important dedication to the project’s goals.
