Description
This deposit includes both the full technical report and an abbreviated version. Both contain similar findings and analysis, the full report is more comprehensive and contains additional results.
This report would not have been possible without the support of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation who funded the work and provided us with the flexibility to pursue the interests of the residents of Northumberland Park. Special thanks also to Oliver Burrows for his help with our house price and GVA analysis which forms a cornerstone of our main findings.
