ANALYSIS OF CITIZENS' AWARENESS AND ACCEPTANCE OF EU MARITIME SECURITY SYSTEM v2

Deliverable 2.4 presents the outcomes of activities conducted under Task 2.2 – Citizens’ Awareness & Acceptance Analysis of EU Maritime Security Systems, within Work Package 2 – Continuous SELP Landscape Assessment & Procedures Definition. The deliverable focuses on assessing citizens’ awareness, perceptions, and acceptance of EU maritime security systems, while also analysing the social, ethical, and fundamental rights dimensions associated with the use of advanced technologies in border surveillance. Building on the methodological framework defined in D2.2, this document presents the results of the engagement activities performed and provides a comprehensive overview of citizens’ and stakeholders’ perspectives on maritime security technologies and their societal implications.
