Final PDCER

D8.6 is the final report detailing all Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation activities executed from M15 to M34 (March 2024 – October 2025). The report confirms strategic success, validating that project KPIs were significantly exceeded, building a strong stakeholder community across 27 EU Member States. It defines the sustainable Horizontal Transfer exploitation model for the I-SEAMORE Operation Platform. Critically, it synthesizes final findings from Standardization (CISE, AI regulations) and Policy Impact Assessment, providing a clear roadmap for the commercial readiness and ethical governance of this integrated maritime surveillance ecosystem.
