Description
General EMO BON field protocol. It has been modfied for use at the ESC68N genomic observatory, where additional samples are being collected alongside the regular metagenomic sampling. Everything follows EMO BON standards, we simply collect more Sterivex filters (0.22 um) without prefiltration, as described in this document.
