Immunofluorescence Images of iPSC-Derived Human Colonic Organoids (HCOs) Infected with Ebola and Marburg Viruses (Figure S1 Dataset)

Immunofluorescence images of iPSC-derived human colonic organoids (HCOs) that were either mock-infected or infected with Ebola virus (EBOV) or Marburg virus (MARV) at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 10. Samples were collected at 1 and 3 days post-infection (dpi). These images correspond to Figure S1 in the associated manuscript and represent a different iPSC-derived donor.

Fluorescent markers include Mucin 2 (MUC2) or Villin 1 (VIL1) (green) for gut epithelial identity, EBOV NP or MARV NP/NC (red) for viral nucleoprotein detection, and DAPI (blue) for nuclear staining. Images were acquired at 10x and 20x magnification for overall visualization and at 63x magnification for detailed imaging of viral inclusion bodies.

The dataset includes .tif files (some merged and some individual fluorescence channels used in the published figure panels), .czi files (multi-channel and z-stack raw microscopy data), and .gif files representing animated z-stack projections.
