Results of introduction and prospects for using rare woody plants in the exposition display garden of Donetsk Botanical Garden

The paper presents results of introduction trials of endemic, relic, endangered woody plants represented in the exposition display garden «Rare arboreal plants» of the Donetsk Botanical Garden. This exposition display garden includes 40 taxa from 24 families. The exposition, including rare and plants with different sozological status, is of great interest to visitors of the Botanical Garden and a key object in the excursion route, as well as a basis for studying rare tree species.
