How to use:
- Fill Table 2 columns (Country/Region, Study Design, CBL Context, Outcomes Measured, Domains).
- Populate Table S2 equity fields per study (use PROGRESS-Plus categories).
- For Figure 2: fill Effect_Direction_Data.csv with Domain and Direction per study,
  then create a bar chart of counts by domain/direction. Keep one chart per figure.
