The Ethical Investment Gate (EIG) Pack is a methods and metrics supplement to the Moral-Rational Operating System (MROS) v1.0. It introduces the Global Coherence Index (GCI), a quantitative measure linking ethical coherence (ΔECL) and fairness drift (Δfair) to a single 0–1 score.

The pack provides five plain-text files and a web-ready index demonstrating how AI governance and corporate ESG assessment can incorporate measurable ethical standards.

Each component is illustrative and released for educational and policy reference use.
