COMMON NAME(S): Dark Silver Toothed Grass Moth or Dark Silver Toothed.

SYNONYM(S): Eschata diplophanes Meyrick, 1933.

IUCN STATUS: Not Evaluated (NE).

DISTRIBUTION: Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Type locality is Alala plateau in Mkushi district, N. W. Rhodesia [now N. W. Zambia], Central Province.

LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Unknown.
