    "description": "<p>Abstract</p>\n<p><br>We present the foundational theoretical framework for the Quantum Spectral Processor (QSP), a<br>novel computational paradigm first conceived in 1999 that achieves quantum computational<br>advantages through continuous functional representation. The framework introduces three core<br>theoretical concepts: continuous functional datastructures, decoherence-immune quantum state<br>representation, and portable quantum entanglement transmission. Theoretical analysis<br>demonstrates potential for constant-time computational operations with perfect mathematical<br>precision across multiple scientific domains.
