Description
This document outlines the results regarding dissemination, outreach, engagement,
and exploitation throughout the DIAMAS project. By following the strategies and
proposals described in D7.2 ‘Dissemination, Outreach, Engagement and Exploitation
Plan’, the project has built an active and engaged community, ensuring that the efforts
of DIAMAS reached their intended audiences and have the intended impact.
Stakeholders were engaged throughout.. Moreover, this final report focuses on the
exploitation and sustainability of the results beyond the DIAMAS project ́s lifetime.
Results are reported against the project ́s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and
structured around the Key Exploitable Results (KERs), identified in the project proposal.
They align closely with the Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of Results
(PEDR), which was also set out in the project proposal.
The actions set out in the PEDR aimed to:
1) create a solid, recognisable brand identity for DIAMAS;
2) develop and deploy the strategies for dissemination, engagement,
exploitation, and outreach;
3) assist in the recruitment of stakeholders participating in project activities by
producing input and validation;
4) promote the project’s activities and outputs, engage with different
stakeholder groups to co-create, validate, and discuss project outcomes;
5) deploy activities aiming at widening and maximising impact in the European
Research Area (ERA) and beyond; and
6) ensure uptake and sustainability of the project’s key exploitable results (KER).
This document is closely linked to the Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of
Results (PEDR) and uses it as a starting point; its contents have been significantly
adapted to set out a clear pathway to achieve DIAMAS’s goals, with concrete proposals
and tailored actions. Throughout the project, the methods, tools and timeframes for
achieving DIAMAS’s goals were adjusted and refined to support project delivery.
While Work Package 7 (WP7) led the delivery of communication, dissemination,
engagement and exploitation activities, the successful results reflect the significant
contributions of all consortium partners.
