This document serves as an update and detailed reporting and assessment of FOODITY's strategy and framework for Communication, Dissemination and Engagement. The original framework was outlined in FOODITY's Impact Master Plan (D4.1), focusing on detailing the corresponding strategies. Now, it's time to review the outreach activities undertaken in the project and evaluate their overall effectiveness and impact.
The document provides a thorough overview of the Communication and Dissemination timeline, tools, and methodology. It includes detailed descriptions of each action taken to:
- Promote the project and its outcomes in public forums such as events, conferences, and webinars, whether as participants or hosts.
- Disseminate project results accurately to target communities as well as the general public, ensuring FOODITY's achievements are understandable and accessible to non-experts.
- Maintain open, active, and engaging communication channels to keep target audiences and stakeholders informed about FOODITY's objectives, work plan, and day-to-day activities.
- Develop and implement the established strategy to achieve FOODITY's exploitation objectives.
The FOODITY consortium considers this plan a living document, reflecting an open, ongoing dialogue with potential users and related networks during the project to be inclusive and ensure the best possible results.
