Description
Abstract
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) affects 6–20% of women globally, manifesting as hormonal imbalance, irregular menses, hair fall, acne, weight gain, and emotional distress. Conventional treatments offer symptomatic relief but often fail to address the root cause. Homeopathy, with its individualized approach, targets both physical and emotional levels for holistic healing.
This case study presents a female patient with chronic hair fall, oily scalp, acne, irregular periods, and emotional stress. A constitutional remedy, along with supportive biochemic salts, was prescribed based on totality of symptoms and miasmatic analysis. Over 12 months, the patient showed steady improvement: regular menses, reduced hair fall, clearer skin, emotional stability, and eventual conception, confirming systemic recovery. This report highlights the efficacy of classical homeopathy in managing PCOS comprehensively at Dr Batra’s.
