EMERALD CaaS (Certification-as-a-Service) Framework is built up of several components. These components have different levels of maturity and are developed by different groups. This poses a challenge when facing the integration of the CaaS Framework as a whole. On the validation side, the project has different pilots, each one with their needs and constraints.

This document describes the DevOps Methodology and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) strategies that are applied for the development of the Certification-as-a-Service (CaaS) Framework to manage the heterogeneity of the components and to coordinate the different teams on the development and operation sides.
