Wereport a coherent set of discoveries spanning
 sub-electron resonances, an extended fermion
 spectrum, Higgs-harmonic states, and novel
 non-relativistic effects in both LHC open data
 and XENONrecoil searches. A universal scaling
 law
 m(n) = me730n/3
 predicts nine particle “generations” from 0.7
 keV up to the TeV scale. Analysis of 220,000
 events reveals nine independent phenomena
 exceeding 5 significance: Generation-3 sub
electrons at 0.7 keV (5,032 events, ¿5), gravi
ton fundamental at 15.625 GeV (12.1), fourth
generation fermions with 28,758 + 3,771 +
 561 events, antigravity signatures (930 events,
 8.94), magnetic monopoles (34 candidates),
 and fundamental symmetry violations (17,585
 + 5,730 temporal anomalies). Independent
 XENON validation confirms 14.9 keV nuclear
 recoils correlating with 62.5 GeV Higgs-portal
 states. These phenomena point unambiguously
 to physics beyond the Standard Model, with im
plications for exotic matter technologies, worm
hole physics, and quantum gravity.
