Title: The White Whale of Physics - Formulation of Theory F as an Integrative Theory of Everything
\nAbstract: We present a general formulation of Theory F that supports a foundational view as a theory of everything: it coherently integrates known physics and provides a framework to probe new physics. The construction relies on a compact variational core and a Grothendieck-style language that connects local structure to global behavior via projection and derived pushforward. The structural state is organized into Modes I–IV (directions, planes, torsion, volume) and a coherence Mode V that orchestrates compatibility, selects patterns, regularizes defects, and sets operative scales. Within this setting, General Relativity emerges as an effective limit under high coherence, isotropy, and compatibility; quantum theory arises from the quantization of linear fluctuations; and gauge interactions appear when orientations and phases are promoted to local fields. The manuscript charts symmetries (frame indifference, diffeomorphisms, local Lorentz, gauge, discrete), establishes correspondence across known regimes, and introduces coherence indices with operational meaning.

\nResumen: Se presenta una formulación general de la Teoría F que permite su lectura fundacional como teoría del todo: integra de forma coherente las físicas conocidas y abre un marco para explorar nueva física. La construcción descansa en un núcleo variacional compacto y en un lenguaje grothendieckiano que conecta lo local con lo global mediante proyección y empuje derivado. El estado estructural se organiza en Modos I–IV (direcciones, planos, torsión y volumen) y en un Modo V de coherencia que orquesta la compatibilidad, selecciona patrones, regula defectos y fija escalas operativas. En este marco, la Relatividad General emerge como límite efectivo bajo coherencia alta, isotropía y compatibilidad; la teoría cuántica aparece al cuantizar las fluctuaciones lineales; y las interacciones gauge surgen al promover orientaciones y fases a campos locales. El manuscrito cartografía simetrías (objetividad, difeomorfismos, Lorentz local, gauge, discretas), establece correspondencias entre regímenes conocidos y propone índices de coherencia con lectura operacional.
