Description

This dataset was generated during two summer expeditions (2022 and 2023) in Eidemlaguna, an 80-year-old Arctic lagoon located on the west coast of the Svalbard Archipelago. It includes measurements of net sediment–water dissolved nutrients and gas fluxes at three stations, water column incubations in two stations, and physical and genral chemical properties of the lagoon. The data were collected to investigate the role of Arctic lagoons as potential sources or sinks of greenhouse gases (CH₄ and N₂O).
