Description

This course will cover the legal and ethical frameworks and considerations necessary for implementing OS practices. Additionally, participants will examine the challenges and opportunities for Open Science within the EU regulatory framework, focusing on data governance and legislative strategies for FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) research.

This course is the second course of the "Open Science and Evidence-Informed Decision Making" Learning Path.
