TARA and Resilience
The concept of resilience adopted by TARA is explained in a short article available here: The Truth About Resilience
The 3 Rs of Building Resilience: Reduce, ReBuild and Relocate
To maximise engaging in resilience we can target 3 areas referred to as the 3 RS: Reduce, ReBuild and Relocate, to help to build strength to lighten the weight of adversity, and counterbalance the weight of adversity.
