The Theory of Quantum Silence constitutes a pioneering reformulation of how physics, mathematics, and information theory conceptualise entropy, noise, and intelligence. Classical physics regards silence as a mere absence—of sound, activity, or data. Within the ψ–Hamzah framework, however, silence is redefined not as void but as a hyper-coherent state, in which noise, decoherence, and turbulence are minimised and intelligence is maximised. Far from being passive, silence becomes the fundamental generative phase—a critical equilibrium that permits the emergence of order, cognition, and universal complexity.
