Manifest Description

This dataset is organized into the following main folders. Due to the large volume of files, this manifest focuses on explaining the content and purpose of each folder. A detailed file manifest listing all individual files and their descriptions is provided separately.

data
Contains eccDNA and circRNA detection BED files generated with different filtering strategies, covering both in silico and biological datasets.

fastq
Contains raw sequencing data in FASTQ format for eccDNA and circRNA from the in silico datasets.

repeatmasker
RepeatMasker open-4.0.5302 and the Repeat Library (January 31, 2014) used for mapping and interpretation of sequencing data.

genomic_elements
Reference genomic elements and annotation files used for mapping and interpretation of sequencing data.
