Industrial Training Scheme

I.FAST has organized a programme of exchanges of experience and personnel between an IFAST European Accelerator Development Laboratory and a European Industrial Company, called “Industrial Training associated with Knowledge Transfer”. Initially, the exchange was focussed on training of industrial engineers and technicians at European accelerator development Laboratories, while after the first I.FAST project review (P1), it was widened to include transfer of knowledge through exchange of personnel and experience in both directions, between a Laboratory and a Company. The report summarizes the six exchange programs supported and their outcomes.
