Description

This deliverable is a report on the Skills4EOSC Fellowship Programme for data professionals and is related to Task 6.4 of the Skills4EOSC project; to establish a Fellowship Programme to support life-long learning and knowledge exchange. The Programme supported professional development within Open Science, research data management and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles through secondments lasting between 1-3 months at a host institution. Both aspiring and experienced data stewards or other data professionals could apply.
The report presents the development, administration, roll-out, and evaluation of the Programme. The report also explores some avenues for continuing the programme.
