# Predicting Topological Entanglement Entropy in a Rydberg analog simulator - code and data

This repository contains all necessary code to replicate the simulations presented in the article [_Predicting Topological Entanglement Entropy in a Rydberg analog simulator_](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41567-025-02944-3), as well as the main data used in the figures.

### Data
Necessary data to reproduce the figures present in the main text. Each data file is named after the corresponding figure. 

### Code
Source code is provided in the subfolder `src` and contains all architectures necesary to conduct the simulations of this work. 
Example scripts are also provided as individual files. Explanations on how to use the code are provided in the subfolder.
