Description
Database of optical and CO integrated quantities for 643 galaxies observed by CALIFA (eDR3) and a set of mm-telescopes (APEX, CARMA, and ACA) presented in 'The EDGE-CALIFA Survey: An IFU-Based Integrated Molecular Gas Database for Galaxy Evolution Studies in the Local Universe' (Table C.1; article reference: aa53179-24). Global measurements are integrated across the full extend of the galaxy disc, while Beam measurements are obtained within the APEX beam at 230 GHz (e.g. within the inner 26.3 arcsec). In the case a given source was not observed with the given facility, the quantity assumes a NaN entry. Quantities measured from non-detected CO observation (with S/N<3) are included as upper limits. For the morphology (obtained from HyperLEDA), we simply separated the galaxies as spiral (S), elliptical (E), lenticular (S0), and irregular (I), without considering the sub-classes of spirals (except intermediate spirals, SABs; and barred spirals, SBs) and elliptical morphologies. Galaxies for which the morphology is not provided are indicated with `U'. A galaxy quenching stage (QS) and nuclear activity (NA) is classified via the QueStNA scheme based on optical emission line measurements (Kalinova et al. 2021, A&A, 648, A64). The quenching stages considered are: SF -- star-forming, QnR -- quenched-nuclear-ring, cQ -- centrally-quiescent, MX -- mixed, nR -- nearly-retired, fR -- fully-retired. The nuclear activities considered are: nonA -- non-active, wAGN -- weak AGN host, sAGN -- strong AGN host. The quality flags on the quenching stage classification considered are: 1 -- sure class, 2 -- unsure class due to median Halpha equivalent width close to thresholds, 3 -- unsure class due to median Halpha equivalent width differences between the 1-sigma and 3-sigma masked data. The quality flags on the nuclear activity classification considered are: S -- sure class based on the information of the three BPT diagrams, U -- unsure class based on the information of two from the three BPT diagrams. Blank entries are indicated with nan or NONE.
