READ ME 

This dataset contains the primary data for Figures 6 and 7 in "Lysosomal Glucocerebrosidase is needed for ciliary Hedgehog signaling: A convergent pathway to Parkinson’s disease" by Nair et al,2025.

* Fig 6AE folder contains raw images of Aldh1l1+ve astrocytes that were analyzed for Ptch1 RNA levels in the dorsal striatum of 3-month-old WT and GBA1 D409V HOM mice. Brain IDs of WT are M0428, M0429, M0430, and M0431 and for GBA1D409V HOM: M0417, M0416, M0425, and M0426.
* Fig 6B.csv and Fig 6F.csv contain tabular data used to generate Fig 6B and Fig 6F, respectively, and the quantification summary is provided as Fig 6BF-prism. Please note that GBA Hom = GBA1 D409V in the tabular data.
