NGO_NP1 credit_NN1 members_NN2 were_VBDR well_JJ ahead_RL in_II all_DB three_MC abovementioned_JJ aspects_NN2 ,_, when_CS placed_VVN in_II comparison_NN1 to_II non-credit_JJ members_NN2 ._.
