Authors/Creators
Description
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not only a social obligation, but can also be a business strategy that contributes to a company's competitive advantage. This article examines how a Dynamic Capability-based CSR approach can improve business legal compliance and strengthen a company's competitiveness. Using a qualitative method based on literature studies, this study reveals that integrating CSR into a company's dynamic capabilities allows for rapid adaptation to changes in the external environment, improves reputation, and strengthens relationships with stakeholders. In addition, implementing CSR that is in line with Dynamic Capability helps companies not only comply with business legal regulations but also anticipate legal risks and create long-term value for stakeholders. This study provides implications for company managers in designing CSR strategies that are not only responsive but also proactive in creating sustainable competitive advantages.
