Description

This repository provides a Nextflow workflow to run Meteor2 on short-read, single-end metagenomic sequencing data. Among other outputs, it generates gene and species abundance tables.

⚠️ Note: This workflow uses a custom Meteor2 Conda package to ensure full compatibility with Nextflow.
