Operating System for Building Decentralized Networks of Ownership of Physical Assets
Description
This paper introduces the architectural and legal foundations of Reeblink — a protocol-based operating system for decentralized ownership of physical assets. The system combines legally registered DAO LLCs, NFTs as governance interfaces, and algorithmic token issuance (REBL) to support programmable ownership of real estate and other asset classes. The model ensures legal legitimacy, liquidity, and decentralized management of physical property without centralized intermediaries. This work proposes a scalable, jurisdiction-agnostic framework for implementing Web3-native real-world ownership.
