Description

This final deliverable for Skills4EOSC Work Package 4 (WP4) "Curricula and Learning Paths for Open Science-Ready Institutions" presents the outcomes of Task 4.2 on Learning Paths for Data Professionals. It offers an executive overview and synthesis of detailed reports that document the design, implementation, evaluation, and refinement of three distinct learning paths focused on open licensing, reproducible research, and ethical-legal-social issues (ELSI). These learning paths were co-created by a distributed team and piloted with learners across Europe. The report captures instructional strategies, content reuse practices, quality assurance processes, and alignment with Minimum Viable Skillset (MVS) profiles. It also discusses key challenges such as platform usability, time constraints, and the learning curve for new tools like GitHub. The deliverable contributes actionable insights for developing FAIR-by-Design (FbD) learning content and offers recommendations for broader institutional adoption.
