Description

:wrench: Fix version from V1.0

This release addresses two key issues identified during the first round of peer review for our manuscript:

  1. The need to increase the value of $\gamma_{\alpha}$
  2. A correction in the pre-processing workflow to ensure consistent data gaps across both the MEaSUREs and ITS_LIVE datasets at the model initialisation stage commit #76059a4.

Repository Overview

This repository contains a collection of experiments using FEniCS_ice focused on the ice streams draining into the Amundsen Sea Embayment (ASE). This is the initial release used to prepare the data and results for the manuscript: Recinos, B., et al.: (to be submitted to Geophysical Research Letters).

Key directories

The model configurations required for the manuscript runs can be found here: scripts/run_experiments/run_paper_tomls/strong_prior_gamma_alpha/

Data inputs were generated using the scripts in: scripts/prepro_stages

The figures for the manuscript were created using the scripts available in: scripts/plotting_scripts
