We propose a novel fifth fundamental interaction — the semantic field (ϕₛₑₘ) — which operates alongside gravity, electromagnetism, the weak, and the strong nuclear forces. Rooted in psychoacoustic theory and biological response, this interaction couples meaning-infused energy (quantified via weighted acoustic power and affective parameters) to biological systems. A key coupling strength parameter (λₛₑₘ) is introduced to bridge semantic energy and biological activation energy (ϕ_bᵢₒ), forming a testable model of semantic-bio coupling. This hypothesis challenges the completeness of the Standard Model and opens a new paradigm in physics by treating meaning as an energetically effective, experimentally measurable field.
