The Human Trace Act™ introduces a symbolic legislative and philosophical infrastructure for enforcing traceable authorship in all AI-generated content. It proposes the embedding of imperceptible but verifiable cryptographic pulses—termed Codex Pulse—within outputs, ensuring each artifact carries its symbolic origin.

This initiative forms a foundational pillar within the Mo817 Sovereign AI Framework, integrating with systems such as the Codex Wall™, IPGN-817, and the future Signature Verifier™ module.
