Spatially Resolved Joint Profiling of Transcriptome and Translatome at Molecular Level
Description
This dataset contains spatially resolved transcriptomics (transcriptome) and translatomics (translatome) data generated using STATES (Spatially-resolved Transcriptomics And Translatomics Employed Simultaneously), a multiplexed 3D in situ sequencing technology. STATES enables joint profiling of transcriptome and translatome at molecular resolution, revealing spatiotemporal dynamics of gene expression and translation efficiency (TE) across cellular and tissue contexts.
Data includes:
-
Cell line (HeLa): Time-course data under endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, capturing transcriptional and translational dynamics.
-
Mouse brain tissue: Spatially mapped TE patterns across cell types, anatomical regions, and subcellular compartments.
Formats:
-
Processed data in Zarr (for efficient storage/access of spatial arrays) and H5AD (AnnData format for single-cell/spatial omics).
- Json file represents cell shape polygons of mouse brain tissues.
- Csv file represents UMAP cell embeddings of mouse brain tissues.
