PREP4BLUE D2.5: Final SWOT Analysis of WP2 Product Implementation

This final analysis of Work Package 2’s (WP2) Product Implementation highlights strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) identified during the PREP4BLUE project. It also includes recommendations, social media statistics and findings from an internal project partner survey that assessed the usefulness of WP2’s tools and resources. These findings demonstrate that the tasks and deliverables for the period have been met, and even exceeded, while also illustrating a need for further strategizing moving forward. This is especially true for products that require more structure, budget, resources, and legacy plans beyond PREP4BLUE’s term in order to avoid losing tools instrumental to the success of the Mission and its partners, and to also better communicate the Mission in more streamlined and efficient ways.
