Mind-Time Reorientation Protocol (MTRP): A Somatic Framework for Temporal Self-Reconstruction

  • 1. General Foundation for Communication Development Organization (CDO), Japan

Description

This paper presents the Mind-Time Reorientation Protocol (MTRP), a trauma-informed, somatically-activated intervention integrating predictive processing, enactive cognition, and phenomenology of time to support temporal self-reconstruction. Through a four-phase recursive structure—Temporal Mapping, Somatic Reorientation, Predictive Model Updating, and Now-Zone Integration—the protocol addresses trauma-related disruptions in time perception and self-identity. The paper includes theoretical foundations, protocol details, safety guidelines, comparative positioning within trauma therapies, and future empirical research directions.
