BSG-BAT

This package contains models and code to do bat species identification from audio recordings. The classification is based on convolutional neural network (CNN) that gets a WAV file as input and produces probabilities for each species as output. The model has been built using Pytorch 2.0. The current version 0.21 has been trained for 21 European bat species.
